Replacement becomes the better answer when deterioration is widespread, leaks are recurring in multiple spots, or the underlying deck is compromised. Oxford will tell you which one applies after we've seen your roof, not before.
Not always. Water travels before it shows up inside your home, which means the entry point on the roof can be several feet away from where you're seeing the damage. That's why we look at the whole roof, not just the obvious spot.
The affected area, the specific work being done, materials being used, any adjoining details being addressed, and the cost. Everything that gets touched should be in the proposal before we start.
Warranty terms vary depending on the materials and the nature of the repair. Oxford will outline what's covered in your written proposal. If there's any condition that could affect the repair's performance over time, we'll tell you before we start, not after.
At minimum: photos of the condition before and after the repair, a record of the work completed, and any applicable warranty documentation. The specifics are outlined in your proposal.
